Return Policy
Customer returning a purchased product must first call 1-877-742-3071 and obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). This number must be marked on the returned product packaging. Return request must be made within 30 days of the date of your invoice. Products must be returned in good condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Connect-A-Dock Inc. reserves the right to deny credit for any damaged, used or missing merchandise. Original invoiced shipped charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for return of product.
Shipping
Normally, product will be shipped via UPS and/or Motor Freight within 2 - 7 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen.
Taxes
State sales tax will be added to the following states: Iowa, Florida
International Orders
Contact us at 712-243-2430, by fax at 712-243-2469 or by email for shipping charges between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. All shipping charges will be paid in US Dollars. Duties and Taxes on goods will be the buyers responsibility.
